Should be "also known as 2-step verification and 2fa". Should be "behind this method is that it's incredibly" Also, 2FA is available not only for email, but for other services as well. E.g. dropbox, microsoft account, VK, maybe more, it's just what I can think of. I think the message should be: enable it anywhere you can.
I would also add a paragraph about Authenticator, which can be used for all of the above and whatever mentioned in the original text.
It may be a good idea to talk about tokens, but I don't know how many people use them now and it can be too much information.
