Backup

Many possibilities for data archiving exist: you could manual copy necessary files to another memory device or CD, or, you could use an Internet account to store and access these files. These days, online storage is preferable as you don't need to worry about losing the backup device and these files are accessible wherever an Internet connection exists. You should of course make sure that your account password is strong and necessary steps have been taken to ensure that the computer you are accessing your online storage space from has been protected from malware and other vulnerabilities. Perhaps, your backup strategy will consist of several different methods and systems.

Exercise:

  3. DropBox is another alternative if you are mainly working from one computer or laptop and have secured it from unauthorized access. Install it, create an account and explore its functions
